1. Scheduling and Deposits:
A 25% deposit is required to schedule any auto detail job with Jason's Pro Detail. This deposit is non-refundable and will be deducted from the total cost of the service. The deposit can be paid through our secure online payment system or in-person at our facility.
2. Availability and Scheduling Conflict:
While we strive to accommodate all customer requests, please note that certain dates and times may not be available due to high demand or scheduling conflicts. In such cases, we will promptly contact you to discuss alternative options and find a suitable appointment that fits your needs.
3. Paint Protection Film (PPF) Jobs:
For services involving Paint Protection Film (PPF) installation, we want to inform our customers that we do not guarantee absolute perfection in the installation process. We utilize pre-designed patterns from the Xpel database, which are carefully selected to fit your vehicle's make and model. While we ensure meticulous application, minor variations may occur due to the complexity of certain vehicle surfaces.
4. Ceramic Coatings and Climate Considerations:
The longevity and performance of Ceramic Coatings are influenced by various factors, including local climates and proper storage. At Jason's Pro Detail, we take these factors into account when providing time estimates for Ceramic Coating services. Please be aware that the exact duration of protection may vary based on environmental conditions, such as extreme temperatures and exposure to harsh weather elements. We recommend storing your vehicle indoors and protecting it from adverse weather conditions to optimize the benefits of the Ceramic Coating.
5. Car Wash Recommendations:
To maintain the longevity and effectiveness of the services we provide, we strongly advise against the use of automatic car washes, especially those with brushes or harsh chemicals. Automatic car washes can potentially damage the protective layers of Paint Protection Film (PPF) and Ceramic Coatings, compromising their performance and appearance.
6. Proper Hand Wash and Chemicals:
For optimal results and to ensure the extended lifespan of your PPF and Ceramic Coatings, we recommend regular hand washing of your vehicle using appropriate, non-abrasive cleaning solutions. Hand washing allows for a gentler and more controlled cleaning process, safeguarding the integrity of the protective layers.
7. Additional Care Recommendations:
In addition to proper hand washing, we suggest the following care guidelines to enhance the longevity of your PPF and Ceramic Coatings:
a) Avoiding harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaning materials that may harm the protective layers.
b) Using a soft microfiber cloth or mitt for gentle cleaning.
c) Regularly removing contaminants like bird droppings, tree sap, and road tar promptly to prevent potential damage.
d) Parking your vehicle in shaded or covered areas to minimize exposure to direct sunlight and extreme weather conditions.
e) Refraining from applying wax or sealants on top of the Ceramic Coating, as it may negatively impact its performance.
8. Vehicle Condition and Inspection:
Before commencing any auto detail service, we conduct a thorough inspection of your vehicle's condition. We will notify you of any pre-existing damages or conditions that may impact the results of our services. We are not responsible for damages that were already present on your vehicle prior to our services.
9. Stain Removal and Damage Disclaimer:
While we make every effort to provide the highest standard of service, including stain removal from carpets and upholstery, please be aware that some stains may be deeply embedded or chemically bonded to the fabric, making complete removal impossible. We cannot guarantee the complete eradication of all stains, and we will inform you of any stubborn stains that may persist despite our best efforts.
10. Vehicle Damage and Missing Items Liability:
While we take utmost care in handling your vehicle during our detailing services, unforeseen incidents can occur. Jason's Pro Detail and its employees will not be held responsible for any damages to your vehicle or the loss of personal belongings that may arise during the course of our services. We strongly recommend that you remove all personal belongings and valuables from your vehicle before leaving it in our care. This includes but is not limited to electronic devices, cash, documents, and other valuable or sensitive items.
11. Inherent Risks:
Please be aware that certain auto detailing procedures involve inherent risks. For instance, high-pressure cleaning techniques may lead to water entering electrical components or mechanical systems. While we exercise caution and take preventive measures, Jason's Pro Detail will not be held liable for any damage that may occur as a result of such processes.
12. Not Responsible for Pre-existing Conditions:
Our detailing services are designed to enhance the appearance and condition of your vehicle. However, we are not liable for any pre-existing conditions or damages that were present before the commencement of our services.
13. Release of Liability:
By scheduling a job with Jason's Pro Detail, you agree to release us and our employees from any liability for damages, losses, or injuries that may occur during or after our detailing services. This includes damages to your vehicle and any missing items.
14. Payment Methods and Credit Card Processing:
Jason's Pro Detail accepts various payment methods for your convenience. If you choose to pay with a credit card, please note that a processing fee of 3% will be applied. This fee covers the charges imposed by the credit card company and payment processing services, such as Square.
15. Cash, Check, or Cashier's Check Payment:
To avoid the additional 3% credit card processing fee, you have the option to pay with cash, check, or a cashier's check. Payments made with these methods do not incur any extra charges.
For online bookings: If you have booked online and wish to pay in cash or by check, please call our customer support team. We can manually remove the credit card processing fee for balances settled in cash or by check. We understand that certain payment preferences may not align with online payment systems, and we are happy to accommodate your needs.
16. Payment Confirmation:
Upon receiving your payment, we will provide you with a payment confirmation for your records. Please ensure that the payment is settled in full at the time of service completion.
17. Refund Policy:
All payments made, including deposits, are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit amount will not be returned.
18. Late Payment Fee:
Any outstanding balances not settled within 7 days of service completion may be subject to a late payment fee.
